HOW TO SYNC MULTIPLE GOOGLE CALENDARS IN IPHONE:

To show Multiple Google calendars in iPhone, open the safari/web browser in your iPhone:

https://m.google.com:443/sync/settings/a/YOURDOMAIN.COM/iconfig/setchosencalendars

Change the above web address – replace “YOURDOMAIN.COM” with your own domain, e.g. “…/supersync.com/iconfig…”

then click on “iphone”, manage devices,
check all the calendars you want to sync from google to iphone native calendar.

voíla!
there you go,

all calendars will be in sync – with colors – and of course new events can be added from the iPhone in all calendars.

A friend has let me “see” there calendar in Google Calendar, but because their calendar is set to private the ICAL public URL does not work. I, therefore, cannot add it as a subscribed calendar. I think the only way round this is to get my friend to let my have the private url to their calendar. Does anyone know a better way of doing this?

I’m trying to add the Laker calendar to my calDAVs and just couldnt get it to work!

Per the above instructions above, I’ve inserted the Cal ID in the URL.

1st – the server wont accept the http address
2nd – when putting the address in advanced settings, it reverts back to the default address.

Help please

I have killed an hour to figure out how to sync Google contacts’ birthday and I have this done!

Use this link for that
https://www.google.com/calendar/dav/%23contacts@group.v.calendar.google.com/user

Email this URL to yourself or just copy it, then paste it into the “Server” field. Enter your login as user@gmail.com and password
Select “Advanced Settings”.
Make sure that the “Account URL” address has the same link that you copied.

It does work!

I have a problem with the birthday calender used as example. I the screen shots you use “private adress” wich I can’t find forany of my subscribed calendars, only for my “own” calendars. This means that my iPhone can’t see my contacts birthdays because it isn’t logged in to my gmail account. I need to send login information in the ical url or make gmail give me a private adress as shown in screen shot. Any suggestions?

I set up the CalDAV account on my iphone and all of my Google Calendar items are synch-ing with my iPhone, but I cannot get the items on my iPhone calendar to show up on my Google calendar. What am I doing wrong?

Nice write-up but the problem with a CalDAV calendar is that iTunes doesn’t see it so you can’t select it to synch with Outlook.

I’m surprised no one is struggling with that problem or am I doing something wrong ? Thanks for any help !

Hello, great article, thanks! Using this article I’ve been able to successfully add my ToodleDo ICS Calendar to my IPhone and it works like a champ. Using the same techniques, I’ve tried to add the Google Birthdays Calendar. I’m able to successfully add the calendar to the phone, however it is empty! I’ve read through the comments, and seen a couple of people with similar issues.

I’ve tried both methods (opening the link on IPhone email as well as manually adding the ICS calendar). Any help would be great!
